im back yesterday! heavy traffic jam at tuas check point.

people pls do not book FIVE STAR tour next time when u go MSIA. everything is really ****. both our departure bus from spore to msia and msia to spore buses are all from MSIA not spore buses. and the buses are really damn dirty and not comfy enough. the buses we took to msia is a double deck 26 seater. we were sitting at the lower deck. really very dirty and smell of gas and oil okay. one word YUCKS. and another buses we took to KL from GENTING is alright. when we arrive at TIME SQUARE HOTEL we were told that the check in time is at 3pm becuz our room is not ready yet and so we put our luggage at the conceirge. went for our lunch at some japanese restaurant. nice food. aft that went back to the hotel for our check in and again they told us that our room is not ready yet. wth. i saw lots of tourist are also waiting to be check in and all were very angry and complaining. damn freaking angry okay. wait till about 4pm den can check in. we had a delux room and of cuz we pays more. 2 rooms 6people share. the room are really very big and spacious. kitchen, bathtub, living room. i love it. sleep with dear and his mum together. huge bed indeed. (: overall the hotel environment and the usage of the equipments are all very good except for the check in process damn long okay. im piss off during that period of waiting. and the receptionist gave us a free drk at the lounge. so this are not related to FIVE STAR company. the most angry moment is yesterday. we were suppose to leave KL at 3pm and you knows what? everyone is waiting for the bus to come and the bus reachs at 4pm. wth. we waited for 1hr. pissed off again. the reason they gave us for being late is the driver cant find his way. i was thinking and so what? don give me such a reason. you are a driver you should know the route to where u are going. if u don know den don be a driver. and again is a MSIA bus 26seater. but we were on the upper deck. more dirty. missing curtains for both my side and dear mum side. so she ask the driver where is the curtain and he replied: "i don know. don ask me. u want to complain den complain to my company." attitude lor. half of the journey i was like so hot. sun-tanning. the sun keep shining on me. shit **** ****! unpleasant journey. idk why they name their company FIVE STAR. some more EXPRESS. we will never ever book that company again. i will rather choose TRANSTAR or GRASSROOT, FAMOSA.
